Mahmud is one of the pioneering members of the Millennium founding team. As Chief Executive Officer, Mahmud provides creative direction and oversees the implementation of Millennium's client-driven solutions. He leads the development and implementation of Millennium's corporate marketing initiatives as well as corporate strategy and business plan. With applied knowledge in the IT disciplines for more than 18 years, Mahmud addresses the technical aspects of customers' problems. He worked as Technical Managers for medium to large national and international projects. He served as a consultant to many Multinational Corporations as well as a numerous projects of reputed International companies.

Zaman is also a member of the Millennium founding team. As Chief Technology Officer, Fokhruz provides strategic technology directions and creative inputs to Millennium's software development projects. His forward-thinking vision has resulted in strategic, best-of-the-breed solutions for local and global companies. In total, he has more than 16 years of experience in Software R&D, Production and Management in the global software industry. Zaman was the Software Manager for Bell Atlantic R&D Asia Lab. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from BUET and an MBA from Dhaka University with a concentration in finance.

A U.S. Business Management and Computer Science graduate and post-graduate from University of Houston, Texas and Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA, worked with multiple fortune 500 companies of the world, over 18 years of IT, software development and outsourcing business development experience. He possesses vast experience in system integration, ERP, Online Banking Software implementation in Bangladesh. Shaheen is now heading the Millennium U.S. operation.

Shaheen is the proud recipient of the American Immigration Law Foundation's 1998 Outstanding Immigrant Achievement Award for his contribution while working at the Bell Atlantic in Maryland, USA.
